Fund your passion at SDI
TUITION AND FEES
SDI makes going back to school affordable and we’re here to help you navigate your funding process.
The Associate of Science in Firearms Technology degree program and Certificate in Firearms Technology – Gunsmithing program are approved for use of most VA and TA military education benefits, and Federal Student Aid (FSA) is available to eligible students. We work with each student to make sure that his or her enrollment process and funding plans go as smoothly as possible. The Certificate in Unmanned Technology – Aerial Systems program is not currently approved for use of TA, VA, or Federal Student Aid funding options.
The rate of tuition is $315 per credit hour, plus mandatory, non-refundable Educational Resource Fees (ERF) and optional Graduate Commencement fee. The Graduate Commencement Fee is an optional, non-refundable fee of $40, assessed to students who choose to participate in SDI’s commencement events. Additionally, SDI will honor a tuition rate of $250/credit hour for active duty students, regardless of the tuition rate in effect at the time of enrollment. Tuition rates are subject to change.
